Data collected and purposes

This website collects two types of data:

• Technical server logs. When you visit the site, the hosting infrastructure (Netlify) automatically records IP address, browser, pages visited and access time. This data is used to keep the site secure and running and to produce aggregate traffic statistics (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not used to identify you.
• Data you send us voluntarily. If you contact us via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, message content) only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics tools requiring prior consent.

• The only technical cookie that may be set is nf_jwt by Netlify Identity, used exclusively to access the site's restricted admin area — it does not affect visitors and does not require consent.
• Language selection is handled via the page address (e.g. /de/, /en/), without cookies.

If analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, a consent banner will be shown and this page will be updated.

Third-party services

• Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) — hosting and CDN. Technical data may be processed on servers outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses. Netlify Privacy
• Formspree — handles the contact form submission; the data you enter passes through its servers. Formspree Privacy
• Google Maps and Facebook — the site only contains external links: no data is transmitted until you click the link.
• Fonts — the typefaces are hosted on this website: no connection to Google Fonts.

Data retention

Technical logs are kept for the period defined by the hosting infrastructure (usually a few days or weeks); data sent via the form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Your rights

As a data subject you can exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to ferramenta.mosoni@cpn.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (for Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
